What is Contacly?

Contacly is a platform for controlled contact exchange. You share a link or QR code, the other person requests your details, you approve — and both sides receive a verified contact card, with a traceable audit trail.

How do I share my contact?

Open your account, tap “Share / QR”, and send the link or let the other person scan the QR code. They submit a request and you decide whether to approve it.

Who can see my details?

No one sees your contact data until you approve their request. Nothing is exchanged automatically — unless you set up auto-approval rules (Premium).

How do I log in — is there a password?

There are no passwords. You log in with a one-time code (OTP) sent by email, and periodically by SMS to re-verify your phone number.

I didn't receive my login code. What can I do?

Check your spam folder and that your phone has signal. Codes expire after a few minutes, so request a new one after the short cooldown. If it keeps failing, send us a message below.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free covers the core request-and-approve exchange. Premium adds the audit log, SMS verification, subprofiles, custom QR branding, auto-approval rules and more.

What are subprofiles?

With Premium you can keep separate profiles (for example work and private) under one account, each with its own share link, QR settings and preset note.

Is my data secure, and do you sell it?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with least-privilege access. We never sell or share your personal data, and we use no advertising trackers.

How long do you keep my data?

Only as long as needed. Free accounts are deactivated after 60 days without a new phone verification. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can export contacts as a vCard from your account at any time, and delete your profile in the account settings. The audit trail is kept for a limited period for traceability.

Can I cancel Premium?

Yes — cancel anytime in your account. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account reverts to Free.
